No-Bake Oat-Free & Protein-Packed Power Balls
If you are looking for a sweet that is no-bake, high protein, and without oats here it is!
Ingredients
4-6 Medjool dates pitted
1 1/2 cups cashews (If you are nut-free try using chickpeas as an alternative)
1/2 cup water
1 serving vanilla protein (I like Be Well By Kelly or Truvani’s powders because they’re made with real and minimal ingredients)
¼ cup flax meal
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
1/4-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips of choice
Directions
Put all ingredients into a food processor, minus the chocolate chips until smooth dough is formed. Next, hand mix in chocolate chips. Then roll the dough into balls and refrigerate. Enjoy!
