Why partner With August

My work is firmly rooted in education and coaching. As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, my training and passion equip me to motivate and assist individuals in creating positive behavior change, all based on evidence-based research. This blend of education and coaching sparks curiosity and inspires individuals to become the change they wish to see. I am not here to impose a singular perspective or advocate for a specific approach; rather, I aim to help you expand your perspective through the lens of science and recent research in health.

I empathize with the challenges of trying various approaches and falling prey to trendy lifestyle hacks with no tangible results. The pursuit of a long and fulfilling life requires mastering the basics of health, particularly as our brains and bodies change with age. Consistent attention to our well-being becomes crucial to preventing unwanted health concerns.

The basics of health are about getting the small things right that lead to big transformations over time. However, those small things are hard, due to habits and ways of thinking we’ve had our entire life.

Health Coaching for Organizations

This is where health coaching comes in. Health coaching is a health practice that has been developed to help individuals instill and create behavior change in their lives to enhance their overall well-being.

To achieve lasting health, understanding the fundamentals is imperative. I provide not only the "What" but also the essential "Why" and "How" through knowledge. This logical approach encourages a reevaluation of established beliefs, fostering a better understanding of what it truly means to lead a healthy life.

In our fast-paced culture, where we often defer our health and wellness, it's vital to recognize that our health profoundly impacts our brain and body function, influencing our performance and relationships at work, home, or with friends.

My Focus
